CIS = CIGS & CIGSe

Thin CIS semiconductors consisting of ‘CIGS’ and ‘CIGSe’ layers form the core of Sulfurcell’s solar modules. CIS combines the advantages of thin-film technology with optimum efficiencies and is gaining ground worldwide. »

Sustainability
